The Centreville Rotary Club's Dollars for Scholars Chapter

          Over the years, the Centreville Rotary Club has awarded thousands of dollars in scholarships to many college bound Queen Anne's County residents.  Each May we strive to award at least one scholarship to a deserving Chesapeake College student.

          During the spring of 2000, the Centreville Rotary Club formed a Dollars for Scholars Chapter.  Dollars for Scholars is a subsidiary of Scholarship America ( www.scholarshipamerica.org/index.php ) ; a ( 501 ) ( c ) ( 3 ) tax exempt organization. All donations to Dollars for Scholars are fully tax deductible.

          Each May the Centreville Rotary Club's Dollars for Scholars (CRCDFS)  chapter awards thousands of dollars ( $6,000 to $8,000 ) to worthy college students who reside in Queen Anne's County , Maryland.  All Queen Anne's County residents are eligible to apply for our scholarships regardless of age or where they attended high school.

          Centreville Rotarians and their family members are ineligible for these scholarships !
