Centreville Rotary Club Community Fund, Inc.
will:

• Purchase land on Liberty Street in Centreville, Maryland.

• Design, build and furnish a duplex housing unit (to be constructed on
  the Liberty Street property) suitable to house families transitioning from MSCFV's crisis shelter.

• Own and maintain the land and building

Mid-Shore council on Family Violence will:

• Develop program and policies for occupancy
  of the units.
   
• Select families to be housed in the units.
   
• Provide supportive services to the families occupying the transitional housing
  units
